We offer no cost Mortgage Check-ups with no strings attached. What does that mean to you? That means we will look at where you are at and see if there might be better options for you. If you are in the best position for you and your family we tell you. Kinda like the Progressive Insurance commercial, they quote others and theirs and sometimes theirs is not the lowest so they tell you where you can get the best deal.
Why work with a mortgage broker vs. a bank? That one is easy, I work for you! I have access to all the major players and all their programs so I can shop for the best deal for YOU. Whereas going direct you get what they have and nothing more, plus you will be working with a salary individual that gets paid not matter how long they take.
